Resolution is exact and deterministic (CIK, ticker, normalised name), with no fuzzy or prefix matching. Observations carry required `observed_at` and `retrieved_at` timestamps and show their source; where no observation exists the page says no number is shown. Per-source freshness renders a \"stale since <time>\" badge, and alerts fire on a crossing or a newly seen document, once per trigger. Short AI briefs are written from a company's numbers and filings only: every kept point cites Trade's own rows, text that reads as advice is refused, and each brief is labelled \"AI-written, not reviewed by a person\".\n\n## What it does not do yet\n\nThe scope is informational only: there is no custody, no order execution, no escrow and no listing between users. Every page says it is information only, not investment advice.
