A creator gets a tip page, goals and overlays for their stream; supporters tip, send paid messages and play paid sounds. Tips never moves money: [[OpenVibe.Billing]] settles every payment, and Tips keeps the interaction.\n\n## What it does\n\n- **Tips and paid messages**, with optional text-to-speech and media requests, each with a minimum the creator sets.\n- **Paid sounds.** A creator uploads up to 12 short sounds; a supporter pays to play one on the stream overlay, and chat names it.\n- **Goals** count settled payments only.\n- **Overlays** for streaming software use revocable, scoped links (never the creator's sign-in), and an alert can be replayed without charging again.\n- **Supporter privacy.** A supporter can stay anonymous, hide the amount or send a private message, and that holds on every page, overlay and chat line.
