OpenVibe.Reviews

OpenVibe.Reviews is the interpretation and publication layer for review signals, served at openvibe.reviews. It reads what sources stated through OpenVibe.Sources, attributes each observation to the thing it is about, and shows every number with its provenance.

What it does

The README states Reviews resolves entities and computes an aggregate only from the signals that exist; with no qualifying signal the aggregate is absent, not zero. Signals arrive by a cursor pull and a signed webhook. Resolution is deterministic, strongest rule first, and a name alone never resolves. Merges and splits are audited and reversible. Summaries are written or approved by a person, and each point cites the signals it rests on. Corrections become new immutable summary revisions with a public notice. Pages and the editor desk are server-rendered and useful without JavaScript.

What it does not do yet

The README states Reviews never fabricates a rating and never presents AI output as user reviews. The database holds nothing yet: entities come from editors, signals only from Sources, and no Sources review source is enabled. A run against the deployed Sources with a real, enabled review source, a real OpenVibe.AI run, and delivery of a real item through OpenVibe.Events are not yet demonstrated.

How it fits the network

Reviews depends on OpenVibe.Network for SSO and service principals, OpenVibe.Sources for review items, OpenVibe.Events for events and OpenVibe.Community for discussion threads.

Status

The README states the status is alpha (roadmap Wave 17, Reviews half), public at openvibe.reviews since 2026-10-09, and that STATUS.json records it deployed, with none seeded. License: AGPL-3.0.
